The Managing Directors of BESCAP have worked together in executive positions since 2004. Our experience and expertise crosses executive, sales, operations, technology, training and people development. We’ve gotten enterprises off the ground and, either as executives or consultants, cleaned up more messes than we’d care to count.
We are looking for opportunities to get involved in new or existing ventures that need the right leadership to launch, or course correct.
Sometimes making omelettes like these involves breaking a few too many eggs to be the long term management, and honestly, sticking around for years and years doesn’t align with our long term goals. So we focus both on making the venture work, and stacking it with the right team.
Our approach includes:
- Ensuring that the strategy, vision, and values of the company are aligned and permeate the business.
- Identifying key resource needs at executive, management, and line levels
- Recruiting and training at all levels
- Evaluating the current sales and marketing strategy and growing sales, including direct sales efforts and channel opportunities
- Leverage the latest in social media and other customer-centric technologies to improve marketing results.Working with existing channel partners to create alignment and grow channel sales
- Evaluate the current technology platform and build meaningful systems and processes to streamline operations, lower costs, and increase margins
- Ensure that systems are prepared to scale with growth and are resilent enough to survive turnover and/or rapid hiring
- Implement training programs that sustain the company’s processes and values during periods of rapid growth
- Evaluate and upgrade fulfillment and delivery processes to improve customer experience
In return, we’d like compensation for our direct involvement (either as employees or a management fee) and a long term stake in the success of the business.
