We are seeking partnership opportunities where we can provide capital and expertise to launch new businesses and rapidly grow existing ones. Our experience is well-suited to  companies that are at least one of the following:

• in industries that rely on the retention of talented, independent people for their success
• involved heavily in industry partnership / distributor models that require channel alignment
• launching a strategic direction involving the creation of B-to-C online experiences
• struggling to achieve profitability despite having strong off-balance sheet assets (great people and a solid reputation)

The Managing Directors of BESCAP have worked together in various capacities for over 12 years; and the past six of those have been as equity partners in a series of industry-leading technology consulting businesses. During that time we have developed a strong management approach that covers a breadth of disciplines from executive and sales leadership, to business operations, to technology development and implementation. We’ve been involved in multiple mergers and acquisitions and know that it takes more than cash and contracts to make a deal work. We’d like to bring these strengths to bear (along with the necessary capital) as board members or executives on your team.
